All Saints’ Church (ASC) was birthed from St Andrew’s Cathedral Mandarin in 1969, who sent Revd Lim Kok Heng to pioneer the outreach work to the eastern part of Singapore. The church first started as a youth Sunday school gathering in Anglican High School (founded in 1956).
In 1986, the English congregation which was part of the Golden Harvest Centre officially became part of the parish.
The spiritual DNA of the church has always been to reach out and bear witness to the community. Since the beginning, the church provided chaplaincy support to Anglican High School and this remains as one of their key ministries today.
